Three Regent Facilities Honored with CTQ Solutions Apex Quality Award for Healthcare Excellence

We are proud to announce that three Regent facilities, Midland Surgical Center in Sycamore, IL, Southern New Mexico Surgery Center in Alamogordo, NM, and Surgical Hospital of Munster in Munster, IN were among the 23 facilities recently honored with the prestigious Apex Quality Award from CTQ Solutions.

CTQ Solutions provides healthcare facilities with the opportunity to optimize patient feedback by integrating electronic surveying with paper-based surveying. CTQ, which stands for Critical to Quality, offers an integrated patient satisfaction, referring physician satisfaction, employee surveying, benchmarking and quality improvement solution that allows facilities to improve care and service. CTQ is the clinical benchmarking arm of the Physician Hospitals of America and is a CMS-certified HCAHPS® vendor.

Recipients of the Apex award were those facilities across the United States that had achieved the highest level of patient satisfaction for 2008/2009, in markets served by CTQ. The winners were determined using key performance indicators common to all ASCs and specialty hospitals. "As the industry leader in outpatient surveying, CTQ is proud to assume the responsibility of honoring healthcare's elite organizations. The finalists presented came without surprise. Each organization's leadership thrives on learning from patient feedback. Most of these organizations also survey their employees and physicians to gain insight from all perspectives. These organizations appear to have excellence hardwired in their cultural DNA."
