Regent adds two more employees

At Regent Surgical Health, employees are our No. 1 asset. From physician partners to back-office support staff, it takes a true team effort to maintain our reputation as the leading surgery center management and development company specializing in physician/hospital ASC joint ventures.

I’m pleased to announce that Regent recently added two individuals to our roster. Lindsay Rinnan, the new director of development and physician recruitment, is responsible for attracting new physician talent to Regent. In this role, Rinnan educates current utilizers and their schedulers about center capabilities, as well as recruiting new utilizers and investors to the centers.

Rinnan also is responsible for increasing case volumes and revenues while providing surgeons with a superior facility in which to perform procedures. In addition, Rinnan works with other members of Regent’s development team to identify new projects and acquisitions.

With more than a decade of healthcare experience, Rinnan joined Regent from Blue Chip Surgical Partners. A Michigan State graduate, Rinnan also previously worked in pharmaceutical and medical device sales.  

Preeti Syal also recently joined Regent as a senior financial analyst. In this role, Syal provides financial analysis and accounting support for Regent-owned/managed ASCs, as well as for new development projects.  In addition to overseeing budgets, creating financial projections, maintaining standard monthly and quarterly financial reports, and developing ad hoc analyses, Syal also completes the monthly consolidated corporate financial statements and assists in the year-end corporate financial statement review.

A graduate of Loyola University and Panjab University, Syal joined Regent from Accretive Health, Inc.
